Terrible customer service. Placed order 11/26 and said would ship by 12/20. The item was initially out of stock but has been back in stock for over a week and still hasn’t shipped and won’t return emails.

Was disappointed I couldn't pick up at warehouse even though website says warehouse open until 7. I was told I couldn't pick up until Monday but party is Sunday

I haven't had the chance to ride my back yet because it is still being put together. I am please with how quickly it was shipped and received.
I returned something 5 weeks ago and still don’t have my money back. I have talked to 4 different people on the phone. I wait on the phone for 30 mins every time. This week I have called 5 times now and it goes “blank” every time or I got hung up on right away. I am so frustrated. I will never buy anything from here again. This is absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had. If I could rate this place a negative 20 I would. Also, it’s $370, not just $20.
The package came on a timely manner and the website was easy to use. When they had a store in Chicago, the staff was super helpful and friendly; sad to see the store go.
Absolute terrible customer service
Absolute terrible customer service - I am still waiting for a return refund from over thirty 32 days ago. Called 4 different times, waited on the phone for very long periods of times to be told the same thing each time- I will reach out and get it taken care of ( which it never was nor did they leave record of the call) left messages on Supervisors line and sent emails with no response. Very disappointed with the responses i received and or the lack of communication.

Kyle Moldenhauer is the best Customer Service Rep.
I have no affiliation to Kyle Moldenhauer whatsoever and I want to start out by saying I wish I did. Straight up the coolest customer service rep I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I reach out when I had a cart full of new snowboard gear and a full board package. Let's be frank... I unabashedly asked for a discount. I always ask for a "nice guy" discount not because I deserve one but because I like to think I do. Anyway Kyle Moldenhauer told me straight up that it was not possible. He said the gear in my cart was the dopest gear they had and it was not possible to discount it because literally everyone wanted it. So I pulled the trigger. I had to. I feel confident now that, not only did I get the absolute best possible deal on this gear, I will be the best snowboarder on the mountain (he assured me of this discreetly).
To sum things up... Kyle Moldenhauer is an Elon Musk level genius in customer service and sales. He should write a new version of the art of the deal as I'm sure it would make world revolutionary waves. Thank you Kyle Moldenhauer. THANK YOU.
Overall, great experience. I had to return the jacket I bought, because it did not fit my wife. I have sent it back for return and have not seen or heard anything yet on that.
Ordered skis on a Saturday night from The House and the skis came on a Tuesday. Way faster than anticipated and everything was in perfect condition. 5 stars for these guys.
this order was very easy to place, I found exactly what I was looking for at a great price. Delivery came quickly too. I will be using this company for all my skateboarding needs!
